1. Introduction

Welcome to PreDrop ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PreDrop platform, including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

PreDrop is operated by [Your Legal Entity Name], a company registered under the laws of the State of Israel. Our payment processing is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using PreDrop, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

PreDrop offers subscription-based plans with varying features and limits. All billing, invoicing, and payment processing are handled by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service and buyer terms.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Paddle handles applicable taxes (including VAT) based on your location.
  • Pricing may change with reasonable prior notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect on their next renewal.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Consumer Rights & Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, consumers purchasing through remote transactions (including online purchases) are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase or the date of receiving the terms of the transaction in writing, whichever is later.

However, as permitted under the law, this cooling-off right does not apply to digital services that have already been accessed or used. By subscribing and accessing the Service, you acknowledge and consent that the digital service begins immediately upon activation and that the cooling-off right is waived once you access the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without authorization.
  • Share your account credentials with third parties or allow others to access your account.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content.

7. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the audio files, tracks, artwork, and other content you upload to PreDrop ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, analyze, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and use all User Content, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, algorithms, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, is owned by [Your Legal Entity Name] and protected by Israeli and international intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

9. Termination

11. Limitation of Liability
