Refund Policy

1. Overview
PreDrop is a digital subscription service operated by [Your Legal Entity Name], a company registered in the State of Israel. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who serves as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued, in compliance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
2. Digital Service — No Refunds After Access
PreDrop provides a digital service that is made available immediately upon subscription activation. Because the service is digital in nature and accessible instantly, refunds are generally not available once you have accessed the Service.
By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The digital service begins immediately upon activation of your subscription.
- You consent to the immediate provision of the digital service.
- You acknowledge that the right to cancel under the cooling-off period is waived once you access the Service, as permitted by Israeli law.
3. Cooling-Off Period (Israeli Consumer Protection Law)
Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, consumers in remote transactions (including online purchases) are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase or the date of receiving the transaction terms in writing, whichever is later.
However, this cooling-off right does not apply to digital goods or services that have been accessed or used, provided that the consumer was clearly informed before purchase and explicitly consented to waive this right. This disclosure is presented during the checkout process.
If you have not accessed the Service and are within the 14-day cooling-off period, you may request a full refund by contacting us.
4. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in the following circumstances:
- You were charged incorrectly due to a technical error.
- You were charged after a failed cancellation attempt that was not caused by user error.
- The Service was substantially unavailable or non-functional for an extended period during your billing cycle.
These exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@predrop.io with the following information:
- Your account email address.
- The date of the charge.
- The reason for the refund request.
Since Paddle is the Merchant of Record, approved refunds will be processed through Paddle and returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5–10 business days.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to the Service until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issues directly.
